all I have to say is....

You can't please all of the people all of the time....so I am just going to try to learn to please just me! That is right folks....ME! Life is going to become about me! ME ME ME ME ME ME!

Okay...having said that, I know it won't and I will continue to be a people pleaser despite my own feelings and needs and wants.

I love that I am a people pleaser and try to make others lives easier and happier because I am in their lives, but I have to learn a happy balance between pleasing others and pleasing myself. (Wow,if you are a perve that could be taken very wrong! LOL).

So, my new Moto, is If I can only please some of the people some of the times, then I am going to make myself happy!


Number 1 on my New Years Resolution list is to find out who Debbie is now. Not Debbie the Mother, Not Debbie the wife, not Debbie the function server...but Debbie the person. Debbie the friend, Debbie the......well...see here is the problem. Who else is Debbie? I have AMAZING Kids, an AMAZING husband and I LOVE my job and the people I work with....but there is more to me than that....isn't there? Where are my hobbies? I used to scrapbook....haven't done that in so long....I used to shop all the time....not so much anymore....I know shopping isn't a hobby, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE to shop and I get an euphoric high on finding amazing deals!

So #1....find out who Debbie is now! Yes, Debbie is a mother, Yes, Debbie is a wife and Yes, Debbie is a waitress....but there is more to Debbie and than just that!

HI! This is going to be my attempt to blog! As you all know, I ALWAYS have lots to say. That is one of my many....lets say....quirks! LOL.

My life is crazy at times. I am married to a great man...my best friend (okay...just threw up a little bit LOL) and have 2 AMAZING boys! I work part time at nights and although I LOVE my job, I hate the hours I have to work. I don't get home until 12:30pm then take over an hour to fall asleep and I am up at 7 with the kids...YUCK! I resent the fact...at times...that I have to work at all! We however, bought our new house 3 years ago and well...money is beyond tight most months...


Okay...way off track! Right now, I am sitting here eating Peanut M&M's, 1 son is in his room building KNEX and the other son (who is young) is not wearing any pants and is playing at my feet! LOL.

I suppose I should go and get everyone lunch.....and stop eating all these M&M's!
